We design gardens to suit the taste, personality and desires of our clients. This may include contemporary or traditional, formal or natural, romantic or architectural. The Perfumed Garden guarantees you an absolutely unique design.

The design process is achieved through a mix of communication, advice and planning which ensures accuracy and an optimum design solution.
The process can range from a single onsite consultation through to a full scale design. This process is tailored based on the client’s needs, and is based on the following stages.
Initial Design Consultation
Onsite consultation to discuss your requirements and assess the possibilities and limitations of the site. Potential design solutions and styles are discussed.
Onsite notes and sketches can be provided, or alternatively a ‘behind the scenes’ site survey and measure can be performed in preparation for a design concept.
Design Concept
A design concept gives an idea of the proposed design with plants in place and hard landscaping areas (i.e. garden walls and paving) shown. It is a summary of our understanding of your requirements following the initial visit.
Design concepts are ideal for improving existing gardens, or where garden beds are already in place.
Final Design
The final design is a detailed garden plan depicting the garden to scale as it is to be planted, including any features. A planting plan is included which details the exact species with botanical name, location of the plants and the number of plants required.
Installation
The Perfumed Garden can provide all the plants required for the installation, delivered directly to your door. 
Many of The Perfumed Garden’s clients choose to install the gardens themselves, however if preferred we can perform the complete installation.
Maintenance
The Perfumed Garden can also provide garden maintenance. A maintenance plan to meet your needs can be discussed as part of the design and installation process.
